Time to Celebrate the Employer Led Apprenticeship Reforms.

Funding for Apprenticeship will be with the Employer from 1st May 2017, with 15 bands ranging between £1,500 and £27,000, with employers negotiating the final price with training providers.

In November 2016, the responsibility for Apprentice Training has gone from The Skills Funding Agency (SFA) to The Department for Education (DoE).

Also, there is an enhance role for The Office for Standards in Education (Ofsted) in particular, in relation, to the Observation of Teaching and Learning.

Companies wishing to deliver Apprenticeship Training are required to be on The Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP) Employers can deliver to their own staff or engage with a training provider.

Employers will have to sign levy contracts with The Government.

A significant bridge between Employers and The Government.

Employers will have to provide the data on Learner Progress and Achievements, so will require specialist Management Information Systems.
